A Double Dutch Thing!
This fitness meet up fuses the techniques and movements involved in Double Dutch jumping, weighted rope and speed rope jumping with strength, cardio and functional fitness training to offer a fun-filled, 45-minute, DRENCHING workout! Not only will we focus on a progressive regiment where you can track your personal success but we will also increase our rope skills weekly.
Limited to 6 in-person participants. Masks required. Workout gloves preferred. By registration only. Online participation allowed with registration.
