Join us this summer as we host our IMPRUV YOUTH FITNESS CAMP for four weeks beginning JULY 19, 2021.

Keeping Fitness and Wellness as our camp goal your Youth will engage in a daily fitness theme each day where we will learn new movement skills and explore a variety of fitness training styles. Beginning each camp day with a Stretch Session and Meditation Meeting we will transition through a full training hour, snacks and more. Martial Arts, Double Dutch/Ropes, Weightlifting, Functional Fitness, Nutrition Design and Youth Wellness are some of the topics addressed in our Youth Fitness Camp. Everyday will offer each camper FREE TIME!

Every week will include a trip to OMSI and every Friday is Movie Day! Choose from one week or join us for all four!

Week 2: July 26-30

Week 3: August 9-13

Week 4: August 23-27
